I bought a Phoenixhardware lock over 2 years ago and the lock was working great. Recently I did have an issue with the latch jamming due to a tradie damaging it when doing renovation and so I contacted the after sales support team and the response was amazing. Quick response and fixed the issue instantly. Generally great lock, great after sales support. Phoenixhardware is the best!!
